Astonishingly poor care. Impossible to reach by phone. Consistently unable or unwilling to refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Late for every appointment. Dour and curt in person.
I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have a phone appointment in Sept, but I don't know the day or time. Please email me at psbea@sbcglobal.net OR call at 816 229 2762! I have cancer, retina specialist, and my diabetes appointment. PLEASE, I just need to a simple answer.
As people have said, he is fast. Does not seem too interested in the medication when you say you have a problem. He often counter with "that is what that medicine is for.' Well manybe t hat is what I am having the problem about which make my mental situation worse. I don't know what to do. At first it was great but now years later not so much. I go because I have sever anxiety barely under control by medication.
Acted as though my problems were trivial and a suicide attempt I made was "not a very effective method." He's very much so interested in just moving you along so he can deal with his own business. I felt zero compassion or commitment to me.
You would think that if a Hospital doctor was trying to reach him regarding one of his patients that he would want to call back, but no response. We have been trying now for 2 days, call after call, message after message and fax after fax. My husband has been in the hospital now for 6 days due to a bad reaction to his medication. I can see that most of the reviews from 2016 and 2017. So I hope that this gets to his office team. Kansas City, MO 8-22-2019
I never made it to my first visit. I called a full 24 hours ahead because I couldn’t make it and asked for a callback. When I didn’t get one, I called the office five days later and could not believe how rudely I was treated by the person on the phone. She said in a most unfriendly way, that she would have to check the voicemail to make sure I canceled 24 hours ahead so apparently she did not believe me! He's quick to get you in and out of his office. doesn't offer very much moral support and doesn't look at you very much as he just writes. I called and left a message with him two weeks ago today. after calling and asking to speak to an office manager, she told me he had the message but had not looked at it yet (2 weeks!).
A "doctor" that will not return a patients immediate need for help for over 2 weeks is not qualified nor should be in practice.
