I will never return back to this location. They burned my hair and not only ruined my hair but also one of the most important days of my life.
I didn’t want to give this one star because I like Denise and have been coming to this salon since I was a child but I really was disappointed with my last experience with a new stylist Sarah I booked an appointment online for the first time for flat twists with no added hair which was $85 but ended up being charged $160!!! I came into the salon with 6 large loose twists from sectioning my hair previously after washing my hair the previous week and was charged a $45 take down fee even though it took less 3 minutes and I help... read more
Absolutely horrible experience. First I go to get my hair relaxed and they burned my hair and scalp completely off. My entire head was burning for weeks insanely red. She would not take accountability at all for what she did to my scalp. I would say almost blaming me for her actions. Extremely unprofessional. It’s been a year and I’m still paying for this.
