Ok, three days with out heat and a furnance that just does not cooperate with being fixed. These guys are great, but unfortunately, the furnance just did not want to cooperate and be fixed. I give these guys two thumbs up for effort, friendliness, and overall decent people.
UNRELIABLE, NOT DEPENDABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL – I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO CHECK MY FURNACE THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE DID NOT IDENTIFY HIMSELF OR THE COMPANY. I REQUESTED A VISIT TO BE SETUP WITHIN TWO WEEKS...THE PERSON TOOK MY NAME AND ALL PERTINENT PHONE NUMBERS AND AT THIS TIME I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. DON'T EXPECT MUCH FROM THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE AS WELL ..I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS OR THEY JUST WANT COMMERCIAL AND NOT RESIDENTAL BUSINESS.
