Normally I dread shopping for my next car. My visit to Haasz Automall was an unexpected pleasant experience. There was no high pressure. Tom Qualls was your salesperson who helped me choose a newer car and one that that I could afford. He was friendly, knowledgeable and let me take all the time I needed to make up my mind. I have his business card and will recommend Haasz Automall and your sales person, Tom Qualls, to my family and friends.

My experience with Haasz was very pleasant. I went in hoping to purchase my first newer car and left the dealership later that day with a car that I absolutely love. At no point during the time that I was there did I feel pressured in any way to purchase. I will definitely be referring people there!

I have been through many auto buying experiences in my life but this was the best experience I have had with an auto dealer. My wife and I went there expecting to be going home in our original car and the salesman - John Reed was a professional, non-pressuring, pleasant guy to work with. We purchased a Ram 2500 that night. We brought the truck back to check on back tire sensors and received a full check up and an update to the truck computer. (The sensors weren't bad. I didn't know the back tires required more air.) The reason I'm going with 4 out of 5 and not a 5 out of 5 is because our expierence was a two day event. We stopped in the Haasz automall on a Sunday and first met Rod. Was a very nice guy, but to me didn't know a lot off hand about what deals and inventory they had. We gave him our price we wanted to have for a payment, and he showed us a 2014 Jeep Compass. Came in to Haasz the other day and was immediatly greeted by Mike Teter. Right off the bat I knew Mike had my best interest in mind. I didn't have much hope that I was going to be able to get approved for a car loan because everywhere else I went to I was told my credit was not good enough to get a car loan.
