This was a great place to go for a vehicle. Got helped by Greg and Rod. Rod helped us locate and get approved for a truck and Greg helped us get the payments lower so we could afford it better. They were really friendly and I recommend Haasz Automall to everyone. Thanks for the new truck!

They did NOT make me fell pressured in to anything, The truck I wanted was not available there so they took the time to get me the color I wanted and had it with in 2 days. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and recommend the Dalton location to everyone,

we went in to Haasz looking to get a new Dodge and we was blessed with the nicest sale person Geno Gordon ... the whole staff was great they listened to what we wanted and did everything to get it for us we never felt pressured, we would recommend Haasz and will be going back to buy a second car.

Couldn't Be More Helpful – I needed to buy a cargo van for work and I couldn't find any anywhere, I came up here just to see if the dealer had any in stock or were getting in. They did not but I sat down with a very sweet salesman who took down exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay for it. Honest dealership – Haasz was the 4th dealership I visited in the north eastern Ohio dealer and frankly I was tired of being deceived by used car dealers. After being at Haasz for no more than 15 minutes I was extremely comfortable. The sales rep kept me well informed the entire time and answered all of my questions and it all sounded so honest. I found a 2010 impala that I loved and ended up purchasing from haasz. The whole experience was awesome and a lot better than the 3 previous dealers. I will come back to haasz again
Friendly Service Department �� I have purchased my vehicles from Haasz and had good experiences but my favorite is their service department. The service guys are all so friendly every time I bring my car in and they always get me an appointment that fits my schedule and are quick and accurate. My oil changes only take minutes and the couple times I had serious engine problems they fized them for under their quoted price. Really enjoy Haasz's service department
