I’ve been a patient for 20 years. He saved my friends life and is extremely intelligent and experienced within his field of dermatological expertise. He’s also helped with many of my friends teenagers skin improvement and thus self-esteem. He is excellent.
Have seen Dr. Ha for years and find him to be very congenial and very professional. Excellent service, both Dr. Ha and his office personnel.
Dr. Ha is very professional with a great manner. His office is super efficient with every person courteous and pleasant. Competent and happy is how I would describe this office.
I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist was the most rude and horrible person I have spoken with. She did not talk to me nicely at all and then when I said she was being rude, she hung up on me.
I called to make an appointment because it's indicated online that he is accepting new patients, but then I was told he is not taking any new patients until januray and today is March! So it is false information on the profile in the first place. Secondly, the receptionist was awful, rude, and did not even speak to me properly. She used a condescending tone the entire time and when said she was being rude, she hung up on me.
Dr. Ha is excellent at observing any problem spots on your skin. He is very friendly, and excellent as a skin specialist.
Medical service is good. However, front desk personnel are not very nice. It is very hard to schedule an appointment.
