Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the company? Have been calling and emailing for weeks to schedule a final water pickup 😭
We used to really appreciate H2GO — they were reliable, responsive, and made water delivery easy for our office. Unfortunately, that all changed in June. We placed an order mid-month and have heard absolutely nothing since. We've left multiple voicemails and emails, and no one has gotten back to us. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after being a loyal customer. They’ve now left us with 13 empty jugs taking up space in our office, and we have no idea if or when they’ll be picked up. H2GO - ordered water on Friday and it still has not been delivered. I called twice and no one answers the phone or return your calls. I hope I get my "lifetime" deposit back since I never received a drop of water. We are parched. BTW - if you cancel the order, your are charge $4.99 for no service. This is a horrible business model.
