This has by far been one of the worse company I have dealt with with . I made a appointment to fill my 30,000 gallon pool and request a date and at time . I paid a additional premium called overnight rate that was an additional $1,400.00 and they never showed up . Gave me a million excuses and when the driver showed up the next day . We had a very pleasant experience with H2Eco Water. Scheduling with Philesea was very smooth and profesional. Delivery drivers (we had 3 trucks=18000 gallons) showed up on time, with crystal clear water, equipped with 200 ft hoses. Took about 50 minutes per truck to unload and within 10-15 minutes next truck was already on site. Thank you for the smooth delivery.

I bought 5 truckloads of water to fill my pool and was promised I would not have to pay for any truckloads I did not use - but H2eco did not honor their contract, and when I called, repeatedly, to get my refund, they refused to give me a full refund. Only a third of the price of a truck was offered, until they finally offered 2/3 of the refund and that was it. A lousy experience. The water was expensive. And the people could not be held to their word. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Got two loads of water after pool repairs. On the day of delivery called back thinking I might need a third load. Truck driver called me and said I won't need it. I called to cancel, which they did. Three weeks later I'm still fighting for a $600 refund which they claim will be $100 less due to admin fees. I do not recommend this business.

This company has no respect for its customers. I requested 12 gallons of water for a job on March 22nd. On Saturday, March 23rd, they called to inform me that their truck had a problem and they needed to reschedule for first thing in the morning the following day, Sunday, March 24th. Unfortunately, they never showed up, and when they finally arrived at 4 PM, the pool was already half-filled. They only delivered one truckload of water, which we didn't use entirely.
