DO NOT waste your time with these people. They will take your money before you sign any contract and they cannot guarantee a certain day for delivery on their calendar. We ordered 6,000 gallons for our swimming pool but decided to go with a different company that was cheaper and more reliable on timing. Do not hire this company. They are a SCAM! They make you pay in advance and never deliver. Ordered 6,000 gallons of water for my pool and never received it.
The customer service was extremely disappointing, with little to no communication or follow-up. Although I made an error when scheduling, I was still charged the full amount despite not receiving any water. I would have expected more understanding and better service.
I needed a large amount of potable water for an event at our project site. H2eco came up in a Google search and I'm glad they did. Very easy to communicate with and place my order. The water was delivered on time and Philesea Sanders was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. 10/10 recommend them for your water needs. Thanks !!
