So far we've been renting from H2 for 3 months and we are pleased with our current living situation and apartment. Erin was my agent throughout my apartment search and she was amazing ! She was easy to reach , sweet , and a joy to work with ! She doesn't know this , but she helped find my dream apartment and it wasn't even on my list of places to view ( one with a historic charm within the city ) ! It's everything I could imagine .
Do not rent anything from H2. They are the literally worst, my list goes on and on and on of things that have happened or things that have been wrong. Just don’t do it.
H2 was fast, convenient, and just a pleasure to deal with. Brandon really took the time to find out what my needs were and where I would match up well with their properties. He was patient with me and my busy work schedule, and made sure I had everything I needed before I moved in. All of the agents were great, but Brandon really stood out. Thanks again.

H2 real estate is amazing. They came out during a rainstorm to help me save my cat. He was stuck in a drainpipe at My apartment(owner by H2) during a rainstorm with no way to get to him.... The property owner and maintenance stood out in the cold rain for hours.....helping me dig and try to break into the pipes that he was stuck in before he was consumed by water. They are true hero’s! H2 Real Estate recently took over the apartment complex my husband and I live in. Our heat has gone out 3 times in the past week. Each time we submit a service ticket to H2, it takes a substantial amount of time for someone to come out and fix our heat. Each time someone comes to apartment to “fix” it, it appears to be fixed and then goes out again. H2 Real Estate does not seem to be concerned at all and their after hours emergency line is of no help. Very poor customer service and their maintenance technicians have no clue ... read more
