Rodents in my unit with no update of an exterminator coming to fix the issue. I also had issues with maintenance fixing some minor things but the main thing is rodents, a friend of mine also had this issue in an H2 residence. Would love to break my lease but the cost to break it is insane.

Terrible with communication- phone goes to voicemail and there is no manned office to go to. Our heat went out in the thick of winter and we were only provided one space heater and it took them 2 weeks to fix. This company has bought two different buildings in which I previously resided and immediately jacked up the rent $120-300. In the middle of the covid pandemic, this company is trying to raise my rent on the 2nd building they’ve acquired in the middle of my tenancy. They are trying to charge me $120 in water alone. Some leasing companies are providing ways to help their tenants in this time, H2 is raising the rent. They also use a shady tactic to hide the additional fees on the website.
