First time here because someone recommended them. I guess the techs that were there when they went have left. My experience was awful. Nails shaped badly, rude nail tech, being charged for extra for length of nails, and shape of nails. I will never go here again!👎
If you are picky with your nails please don’t go here. There was only 2 people that was good and now they are gone. I asked for stiletto and got an oval almond shape. I was paying $100 every 2 weeks to get me and my daughter nails done. It got to the point that the nail sets were so bad we got new sets every 2weeks. Needless to say it ruins your real nails by doing that. They are very expensive for the poor service and have no respect for how you want your nails. They do what they want. My nail tech was extremely rough and tried cutting me 2 times and sawed my nail too close to the skin. My nails are sore 😕. Sign said full set was $28 but somehow mine turned out to be $46. Won’t be going back

Went here twice, each time it was an awful rushed experience. I am not sure if it’s prejudice situation either because there was a notable difference in experiences between me and the other person I was with. In my recent experience (today), the man was talking the whole time to his coworkers, barely touched my feet while scrubbing for the pedicure and sloppily put the nail polish on and got it on my skin. I just need to say it is not cheap to have Mani&Pedi my first time there yesterday pedi was decent manicure not good design was best part gap on some of my fingers where did not go up to cuticles the designed two are bubbled out looks like they are about to pop of just makes me sad that was gift money for me to do something for myself �

This has been my salon of choice for a long time. The last 3 Times I’ve been here was horrible. Yesterday’s visit was one for the books. The tech was rude, argumentative and did a crappy job. My nails are all different shapes. I even asked her to redo one of them. She left my nail tips unpainted. There are grainy bumps under my polish. To top it off she would shove your hand back at you.
