10/10 do not recommend. The girl did my full set with a no chip in literally 5 minutes. It’s only been a week and one broke and another is all chipping. For $43, this is ridiculous.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my 7 year old. I signed in - #3 on the list. After waiting 40 min I got up to look at the list as I hadn’t been started yet. 15 people behind me on the list who weren’t waiting. “Oh we had you sit in the wrong spot & skipped over you, almost done!” No offer to fix anything just kept repeating ‘almost done almost done almost done’ — terrible customer service. Never returning.

I had a great experience yesterday! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I love that they give you a pedicure book to choose your options! And my nail tech made me feel relaxed and not rushed ... I went in thinking they closed later then they actually did! But no one made me feel unwanted!! Thank you Tammy and Quan! I will be back

Not my regular salon and will never go back. went in for just a fill. They were not shaped at all and was done very sloppy. When I got into the sunlight I realized how terrible my nails looked so I went back. The manager offered to fix them. They were very thin and though they looked better than when. I left the first time, they were still not done all that well. 2 days later my nails starting breaking because they were so thin. I called wanting my money back, which they refused. My daughter and I went for no chip manicure and pedicures for her birthday. I was impressed how long the no chip mani lasted. I use to go to Nail Spa next to Oberweis, but the no chip only lasted one week. The employee my 11 year old daughter had was super patient and nice. We will definitely be back.
