Thanks to all at H&H for installing a new furnace and sewer line.
H&H quickly worked us into their schedule as our water heater had stopped heating. After taking a look at the unit, Tom advised it would cost nearly as much to fix as to replace it, so he recommended replacement and gave a verbal installed estimate of $1700. This seemed rather steep, so I opted for a second opinion. Second opinion (licensed/insured plumber as well) repaired our water heater for $100 as it's a Bradford White; good unit even tho it's 12 years old. I will NEVER recommend H&H to anyone!!! Tom came out to replace our water heater. He did an excellent, professional job. He explained everything when he was done, and even answered some questions we had about our dishwasher. The estimate and final bill were well under another quote we got. I'm extremely glad we called H&H!
