RecommendedWe woke up this morning to our house FREEZING. Our furnace igniter had gone bad. And with it being Good Friday no hardware stores had the right igniter. My husband called H&H and Brett went out of his entire way to call around all of Grand Rapids to all his suppliers to find the right igniter for us. Thank you so very much for great customer service, and for keeping our family warm. Happy Easter!
Called an got pricing over the phone however when we got there the price DOUBLED!! Very disappointed
I had 3 guys come in and redo water lines and it was a great experience! Great workers, professional and got the whole job done in one day! Very happy with them, would highly recommend them!!
I had a Mini Split system installed by Bret's recommendation. within 1 year an issue began. That same exact isssue continued to replicate over and over every few months since. Every single time I was charged substantialy for them to come back out. At no point did they stand behind the product that that sold me or try to get to the underlying problem of what is causing it. I now still have a unit that does not work and have paid as much on repairs as I did to install it. I would never use or recommend H and H for anything!!!!... read more
I am not one for writing reviews, but H&H plumbing and heating were five star all the way. they came when they said they would, they fixed the problem in an Incredible short time, the workman..I cannot say enough good things about them. they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful etc. we had tried another plumber and after a week it wasn't done yet, we then called H&H. in a matter of hours, it was done. many, many thanks to Charlie Patten and his partner on our job. they were just the best and wouldn't hesitate to recommend t... read more

I highly recommend H&H as they installed a new furnace in my home recently.The professionalism of the office personel and the young men installers was astounding!! I called with no heat...they came out the next morning with a quote. A flawless business!! So pleased and so very happy!! Thank you H&H!!! 8 degrees outside and furnace stopped working. Called at 9:02pm on a Friday night and the furnace was repaired and warming up the house again by 10:32. And we live in Rockford! Very friendly, very efficient.
We had Hunter Guthrie out here to clean furnace he was very polite & did a great job....will have them out anytime.... Thank you
It's recommended that you update your business hours to reflect the fact that you are NOT open on Saturday's. What an inconvenience to drive to Greenville to discover this. I always enjoy having my time wasted.
