They cheat on their time that they actually spend there doing the work. They will double your time. My advice is to track their time and let them know before they leave that you expect to be charged for the proper time that they were there. I was told they charge $70 for the visit plus $25 for every 15 min., well it's not the way it will work. And don't bother calling, because they tell you they will call you back, and they never do. They will never do work for me ever again.
RecommendedWe had our furnace and central air installed by H&H Supply earlier this year (2019). We started using the central air as soon as we needed it in June. Somehow, a plug was missing and half our basement carpet got soaked in condensation water. We don’t go to our recreational room in the basement that often, nobody noticed it until it was too late. I called for an estimate to have a air conditioner installed she was so rude I felt like I was an inconvenience to bother her on the phone I won't call them they obviously have enough customers that don't need my business
