Having personally over-seen the final assembly of every engine that my company has HNH machine, we have a 0% failure rate. They do an amazing job, hold tight tolerances, and ensure a quality job every time. Johnny is straight forward, and to the point, no beating around the bush. That is very valuable in today's business climate.
Shop manager Johnny talks to you like you’re a child in trouble. He is rude and degrading. I paid the shop to “do whatever needs to be done” to an engine that was running great but had set on a pallet for 20 years. They put the same lifters back in and I’m currently out of their warranty and johny stated for me to call Tuesday to talk to the owners. I just wanted to give a good review. I didn’t have any work done here but I had questions about my engine repair. After talking to several other companies I called here to get a final opinion on what all the other places told me. The man I talked to was very honest and easy to talk to. He gave me his professional opinion and helped me decide which company I should trust to do my repairs and even recommended a good place to look for parts.
