I can’t say enough about how amazing Larry, Dustin, front desk Lady and other man , I couldn’t get his name were! I had a flat tire right near their shop—knowing they don’t even do tires, I wasn’t expecting much. But they were incredibly kind, prompt, and more than willing to help me out on the spot. Having personally over-seen the final assembly of every engine that my company has HNH machine, we have a 0% failure rate. They do an amazing job, hold tight tolerances, and ensure a quality job every time. Johnny is straight forward, and to the point, no beating around the bush. That is very valuable in today's business climate.
Shop manager Johnny talks to you like you’re a child in trouble. He is rude and degrading. I paid the shop to “do whatever needs to be done” to an engine that was running great but had set on a pallet for 20 years. They put the same lifters back in and I’m currently out of their warranty and johny stated for me to call Tuesday to talk to the owners.
