Recommendedthey have great prices and carry all my favorite food,snacks.the best deli. I moved and there is no HEB. I miss my store : (
I just left HEB my cashier was a young man, didn’t look at the checkout number because I didn’t think I needed to. This cashier was rude and needs to learn better customer service skills. He didn’t say one word to me, not even “hi”. Didn’t smile. Maybe he was too busy talking to , two other of his co workers. Didn’t act happy to be there or checking me out. When I was leaving I told him “have a goodnight” which was followed by silence. Not one word!! Really HEB do you not teach your employees customer service skills???
Too crowded and they need to open a 2nd store.

Delivery to you is totally messed up. I have called 4 times now and keep being overcharged and charged twice for a coffee maker. items not delivered. Lied to about pricing and last call some woman named Ann said she was a manager and was loud and rude with a tone that could only be defined as customer service no longer exists. I am so pissed off over this Ann woman and her attitude. I am pissed about being charged for a coffee maker and other items not received.
