I have been a loyal HEB customer but I'm sorry to say I've been SORELY disappointed lately. I paid $5 for personal shopper a week ago and they gave me 2 whole fryers with the sell by date of THAT DAY. I noticed it when it started stinking a few days later before I could cook it. Why are you giving people items that they cannot choose themselves things with immediate sell-by dates? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HEB TO ANYONE GOING TO THIS STORE OR NEW PEOPLE JUST ARRIVING TO THIS CITY!
RecommendedI go to HEB often and usually like the people & service. Curbside is awesome! delivery is good! Pharmacy personnel are AMAZING! today however upset with baggers&cashiers who just wanted to visit with each other and not do their jobs well. Actually cashier was fine, bagger didn't want to take my groceries out. and put heavy items on the very bottom of my cart. down below the cart. Thanks!! my back just LOVED that! UGH! otherwise, yes, I normally recommend HEB service.
Love HEB for their amazing staff, great products and mainly for how they give back to Texas...thank you HEB
