I am a teacher who won the 60 second school supply shopping spree in Abilene. Thank you HEB!!! You are AMAZING! Many of our kids’ families do not have the resources to provide supplies for them. H-E-B you sure have a great team in your curbside department!! 🤗 I picked up this afternoon and realized after I got home that I was missing a chunk of my order. We also found several things that weren’t ours. I called and had no problem coming over to pickup the other items, but Selena said she would drive it to us in Clyde. and rude management!! waiting among mixed up queues of milling guests at 516 today i said to my hard of hearing spouse "you'd think they'd plan on this crowd and manage it better!" a pretty young woman dressed as a manager and walking behind me spouted off "you'd think someone is working on that now!" her poor management skills were responsible for that mess in the first place. i will not tolerate that kind of rudeness from anyone.
Just wanted to give a shout out of appreciation to Daryl, who I assume is a manager. For the last 3 visits to your store you have been out of stock of the size in diapers for the brand I get for our son. Daryl took the time to check in the back for more, when he didn’t find them he gave me a box of your store brand diapers FOR FREE. I prefer HEB over any other supermarket. But as your self-checkout. You know what you can do with it. Only way I will ever use it is if you discount my purchase 20%. We are not employed by HEB.
RecommendedI love heb but this store is so busy they need Isle monitors!! people stopping in middle of isles and talking to people while you sit and wait for them to move. I bagged my own groceries too!
