I have been a great customer for many years. I was so upset today how I and my 8 year old were treated. A lady working the sausage dept area giving out samples of hamburgers, decided to reprimand me after my son who has autism grabbed coupons off the sausages because he collects them. She took them out of my basket and said those were for customers and it cost the company money. She was rude and it made my son embarrassed. Never treated like this before. I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter's birthday this past weekend. The frosting was falling off the backside of it, I wish I had taken a picture; it looked horrible. They also tried to charge me an extra $10 over the ticketed price, and when I asked them about it they told me it was probably because of the filling they put in the cake, but they offered me the filling at the time I ordered it and assured me it was no extra charge.
