The worst club in NYC? – I agree with the earlier post - the staff doesn't honor any requests! Our party was promised comped tickets plus free drinks but neither happened. Plus, the staff tries to create an aura of exclusivity but they must be delusional. Never got in! – They do not honor guestlists whatsoever. Even when we printed it out. What's the point of a guestlist when you're going to get refused? We all left.
Not as bad as they say! Excellent Music. Very potent drinks. OVERCROWDED. – The bouncers were very polite...even flirtatious. They provided full explanations when asked about entry/guest lists etc. instead of the traditional "just get on line." The bouncer even took the time out to explain to us about the wait. Worst Customer Service Ever, Not worth your Money – Talk about a bunch of liars. I planned a birthday party there last weekend, well in advance, and was promised a guest list, was promised comp. admission for all my guests, was promised waitress service all night - BUT got none of that. If it wasnt for me calling every day to try to get a confirmation and greeted with rude employess and "i'll call you back" but never got a call back, i wouldn't have even gotten a table for that matter. Miserably Crowded – My biggest complaint about this venue is that it's miserably crowded to the point that you can barely move let alone dance or get drinks. There wasn't any hassle getting our group in (which I guess is why crowd control was a problem). Drinks were expensive and served in tiny plastic cups. Worst New Years Eve Ever!! – 7 friends and I made Ultra VIP table reservations this past New Year's. We paid a total of $1600 for 1 bottle of PREMIUM champagne, 1 bottle of PREMIUM vodka, cocktail waitress service all night, open bar all night, and appetizers at our table. We got: 1 bottle of Absolut, 1 bottle of Tott's champagne, no waitress, and no food. The same thing happened to the tables around us. The place was way overcrowded. Worst New Years Possible – This club was a complete rip-off on New Years. Same as other review. Wasn't worth $25 let alone $200. The staff worked too hard to give the illusion this was somewhere you wanted to be and not not hard enough actually making it one. Waitress disappeared for hours, champagne was crap, couldn't get to bar, every cup was plastic. The food was one plate for 30 people. The space may be cool on a regular Thursday, but GLO Promotions did an awful job for New Years.
Worst New Years Eve Ever – For the last few years we have made it a tradition to get a bunch of friends together at a nice venue, with a table and good service to celebrate New Years. I have seen good and bad venues. But, this one was the worst. The waitress came by mabye2-3 times all night to drop off the 2 bottle we prepaid for. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME – My friends and I went here for New Year's Eve and bought 200 dollar ultra vip tickets. Well that turned out to be a big waste of money. The only thing we got was a table, a bottle of absolute, and a bottle of champagne. Oh and plastic cups to drink out of. We were suppose to have food on our table all night, waitress services, and a special vip only section. That was not the case at all.
