Sat in ER with my 80 year old mother for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seen after she had fallen and hit her head ( required stitches and CT scan). We left and went to Emory where she was Immediately taken to room and seen by Dr. Don't go to the ER here.
I moved here from Florida almost a year ago and had to get all new doctors. The ones from Gwinett have been excellent. All are very professional and knowledgeable. Last night I went for a sleep study and the technician was great. The room was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasant experience.
I am grateful for the EMT, Emergency Room and ICU staff. They took really good care of Philip during a life-threatening moment and I can't thank them enough for their assistance in helping him on the road to recovery.
I took my dad to Er and i had best service for him .Nurse and doctor was best Im so happy that they were nice and professional and helped my dad in minutes Great job
Went with a kidney infection n Sciatic pinched nerve damage already diagnosed.....ER staff fast, pleasant n efficiency was there. Sat in waiting room a bit longer than I should of....ONLY one there!!!!! Admitted in for three days, they took ALL processes to make sure my kidneys were ok, no cancer, n liver good...I'm a two time breast cancer survivor so extremely important to CHECK all...only downside, have to REALLY BRUSH UP IV inserting....my left arm looks like a dinosaur chewed onto it, it's soooo bruised n swollen from b... read more

Everyone there was wonderful! The admissions clerk, to the nurses, doctors, and everyone who cared for me was SO kind. They did everything in their power to keep me comfortable, and even called the next day to check on me. I highly recommend it!
