Took my son here because he had a very high fever for a 4 yr old and rapid breathing. They gave him medicine that I could have provided him at home... 20 minutes later, came back and checked his temp and gave me discharge papers. He still had a fever. The discharge papers were for an upper respiratory infection and fever. Even on their very own paperwork it said that antibiotics are needed... but they did not give any. I turned around and had to go right back to his pediatrician.
Recommendedthank you for the caring and understanding emergency department team. they knew my not so common medical condition and treated me with with respect.
Had surgery here 2 days ago. Very pleased with my care from the nurses to my surgeon. Would highly recommend. Very caring, compassionate staff. I’m terrible with names, not to mention still trying to remember what day it is but I remember a Shelia, Amy, Marlene, Karen, Kelley, Lilly and quite a few more! All were wonderful! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt discharge could have been a bit better, I left feeling like things weren’t explained about discharge instructions very well. Fourth knee surgery here and it’s the best, cleanest hospital around.
Terrible billing department, will definitely go to a different hospital
Worst hospital ever!!! Turned me around because I didn’t have insurance and told me that my issue was not an emergency! After waiting for an hour and thirty minutes
My dad has to have lung cancer removal surgery and the doctors and nurses took really great care of him! Definitely prefer this hospital over the one in Lawrenceville.
