The reason why I'm doing a 3 star is first off the staff was very nice but the problem that I have is If they know that the doctor is running behind 2 1/2 hrs for surgery they should contact you and let you come 2 1/2. Hrs later instead of sitting in the pre Op area literally for 5 hours and would have to sit there for at least another hour an half before surgery. I would rather stay at home then to sit in a small pre Op room that was ridiculous. I left and rescheduled. It's bad enough your not aloud to eat or drink anything... read more
My husband had surgical repair to a torn rotator cuff yesterday. The staff here was kind, attentive, and well-informed, and we got the best care. They Even called today to make sure we didn't have any more questions.
Dishonest, opportunistic place. Has no place in my community. We had the similar experience as mentioned in previous reviews with their ER. They tried to surcharge $94 for late night service which is still pending. Since when 24 hours open ER tries to charge extra for a late night service for god's sake! My insurance fought hard I thought we settled ( after paying almost $400.00 out of pocket- the original bill was $697) for our 15 min visit and 10 ml of Tylenol. It was almost 5 months ago. Ok, the doctor was awesome !! Taylor the nurse was great !! Cory the nurse needs more bedside manners and he was terrible taking out my son's IV.......blood went EVERYWHERE!! He changed the tubing to the hydration pack and just left the tubing on the floor and he dropped a glove and pushed it with his foot under the counter !! I am in the medical field and I thought this was so inappropriate!!!! The ER doc was really nice !!
