This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment at 8:30am for a colonoscopy and it’s been over two hours and have not been taken back. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They make no eye contact and are uninviting. What is the point to make an appointment if they skip over you? I’ve watched the whole waiting room get taken back before I was.
