Food was great as usual, Maddie was a great server and a hoot.
After being seated it took the waitress 10 minutes to greet us. My husband and I waited 45 minutes for our food after ordering. I had to ask for napkins and we were never offered silverware. Another waitress asked if we wanted a to go box and we preceded to wait another 10 minutes before I could get the waitresses attention to ask for our bill. Classless. The servers are dressed like they r going camping, and have absolutely NO sense of professionalism or customer service. Hollandaise on the benedict was absolutely terrible, cold and solidified. Server actually walked away saying people dont know what poached meant...awful. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK.
My husband and I had eaten there a few time, and the food and service was really good. Then, all of a sudden we had 3 bad experiences in a row. All 3 times it took about 40 minutes to get our food. That was bad enough, but the 3rd time, my husband had ordered a small chicken fried steak, and after waiting 40 minutes for our order, it was served to him raw. And I mean raw. Well it was fair , it’s been a few yrs since Iv been in there , I did notice the up keep has slipped , the front door needs a deep cleaning , in general the whole place needs a good cleaning , painting , you can see where kids have colored on the walls where people sit , there rough saw boards should not be down where people touch , there just is no way to clean them , it should be a washable Wayne’s coating, the animals hanging over the tables need to be cleaned and maintained, the lamps cleaned and dusted every day , saw h... read more
Had my first breakfast this morning. We did the buffet. It was fantastic! Lots of choices, we liked everything we tried. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was pretty busy. Will definitely be going back <3

Excellent service from Racheal! She was amazing! The Elk Steaks are delicious! Cooked perfectly! The alligator bites are to die for!! The Manager Lori was awesome too! Made us feel right at home . Came back for another dinner tonight to try the Kangaroo and the Ostrich! This place is a must try! We highly recommend it!
