Way overpriced for how horrible the food was�

What a horrible experience! I have never in my life been told by a manager to basically shut up and deal with it. As a manager, there are certain ways to handle customer complaints that you should be trained on. This manager apparently missed the class on customer service and satisfaction. You would think you would want your customers to come hungry and leave happy. I came hungry, left hungry and mad. One hour for food that ALL came out wrong. Don't let Kelly make your reservations, she'll forget to put it in the computer. We sat at the bar. Kim provided great service, she has a fun personality and makes a good Bloody Mary. The food was good - eggs, hash browns biscuit and gravy - although, the elk sausage was very tough. My son enjoyed his alligator burger.

They’ve always had great food and excellent friendly service, been there many times. If you like wild game meat it’s the place to go!

My family took me here for mothers day. There was maybe three tables filled and we still waited 10 minutes to be seated. The food took forever and it was all gross. The dinner salad had rotten tomatoes and olives. The ribeye was cooked to coal, and the mashed potatoes had dirt in them. The beer is warm, silverware dirty, and never received the dinner rolls. Also, the table behind us was a mess from previous gest and sat a mess the whole time we were there..

We went there a couple weeks ago and it sucked, again! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Literally 45 minutes goes by, no food! The place was almost empty too! Then the waitress came and said they made 2 grilled sandwiches. My boyfriend said it was fine, he was starving!
