It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The doctor didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, he either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate he was. Total quack!! Run dont walk away from this doctor.
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
He has great bedside manners. He has a lot of afternoon appointments to work around his schedule. he's very professional and cares a lot about his patients.
