Had an appointment today for my annual and I was never seen. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always the same long wait. I anticipated this, however there were hardly any other patients there AND I still have to wait uncomfortably in a room for more than 30 minutes only to be told there’s no ETA? It’s beyond ridiculous. This place needs to do better, but I will not be coming back.

He laughed in my face when I asked about anesthesia for IUD placement. Zero bedside manner and cut my IUD strings so short that my new doctor needed an ultrasound to find it. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I'm looking for a new doctor and when I call I think her name was Kimberly she was rude when she pick up the phone in the end I decided to hang up because is this is over the phone imagine on person.
