The Gutter Magician, Inc. replaced our gutters this Spring and we are very pleased with how the gutters are working. We have several large trees that surround our home and we constantly had to climb on the roof to flush leaves and seeds out of our old gutters. I would just like to say how embarrassing of a company this is. Your product might be the "best" but the people you send out to present the product are an embarrassment to your company. The first guy that came out was older. He was very polite and nice. Sat at the table for 15-20 minutes telling me how dark it was and how he couldn't do the measurements. Received these gutters back in February, overall happy with the product. However, still have an issue with the back downspout leaking and the black piece they put on does not match up with the hole, so it leaks as well. There solution was to just bend the downspouts in the direction that would keep it from flowing back into my crawl space, instead of fixing it correctly.
