We are so happy with our new white gutters from The Gutter Magician of Northern Kentucky. The rainwater just all rolls into the gutters and the debris from the maple tree over the gutters, roll off onto the ground. This is just what we wanted. We liked the friendliness of the salesman who was very knowledgeable about this product. We especially liked the man who installed our gutters, he certainly was very experienced and did a wonderful job. Needless to say, we would recommend this company to anyone needing new gutters.
We just had our gutters replaced by the Gutter Magician, and we couldn't be happier! I am a contractor by trade, so I am hard to please on quality of work, craftsmanship, and customer service. I am happy to say they did fantastic is all 3! They knocked the job out quickly, cleaned up after they were done, and were very professional the whole time. We are thrilled with the product and serviced received!
The Gutter Magician 2 person crew did an amazing job installing my new gutters in less than 2 days. I’m very impressed with the quality and looks of the gutter system. The 2 young men that installed them were friendly and professional. In addition, the cost was very reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend Gutter Magician to anyone needing new gutters and downspouts.
Gutter Magician installed a our roof and some gutters and downspouts for us. They do offer a variety of options and colors to choose from. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product as well as the company. We are very impressed with the Gutter Magician and would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you for a job well done!
The Gutter Magician installed a roof, gutters, fascia and soffits on my Edgewood KY home in late 2022. I received bids from 4 different companies. I did not choose Gutter Magician solely on their bid, but also on the quality of their product. It's been about 4 months since the install and the house looks great. I have a large ranch home. The roof only took one day to install. I cannot believe how the changes transformed the exterior of my home.
Is this company still in business? Had a quote for gutters almost 2 months ago - paid the deposit and have never had an update. Called after a month and they said "it will be a few more weeks" and almost a month later, nothing. Very disappointed there's been no contact from the company. I'm not impressed. At the 2 month **** (8 weeks) I'm going to call them up and tell them to just cancel it. Ridiculous. If their product is anything like their customer service, dealing with them was a big mistake. Gutter Magician provides a hybrid hooded slatted gutter. Have had ours now for 3-4 months and heavy rain has not been a problem. It had been. Replacement gutters vary quite a bit and not every kind of solution would work for every roof line. Gutter Magician would be able to explain all this in their presentation and also provide information on all the other solutions out there. I made the appointment with The Gutter Magician of Northern Kentucky. When the salesperson came to my house, he would not provide a quote unless my husband was present. When the salesperson asked if we could reschedule to an evening appointment so my husband could attend, I said no thank you and walked him to the door.
We are very happy with our gutters and new soffits. The installers were on-time, professional, and fielded all of our questions. The price was competitive and there are flexible payment programs offered to The Gutter Magician's customers.
