We contracted on 2/25/2020 for new roofing, siding, and gutters for our 2 story, 4 bedroom home. Gutter Magician was able to handle the complete job. The roofing was subcontracted to ***** *******Roofing Co. The siding and gutters were installed by Gutter Magician personnel. The roofing was installed in 1 day on March 7th. The balance of the work proceeded slowly due to the Covid -19 virus. There was a delay of about a month due to the virus. The installation crew for the Gutter Magician of No KY showed up right on time Thurs 3/26 and my job included a complete gutter replacement with downspouts. I had 44 feet (x2) of gutters on the front and back of my house with 2 downspouts. The 2-man crew was courteous, hard working and the job was completed in about 4 hours not including their lunch break. Gutter Magician crew arrived and got to work right away. It was really cold and, on a Saturday, which they don’t usually schedule, and he was concerned that wood may be rotted behind the gutter. He said they would get started on one side of the house and promised wouldn’t leave it without the gutter if it was taking longer than expected. He said they would come back tomorrow, on a Sunday if they had to. They finished the entire job, front and back in 3 hours and did not leave any of the old gutter mess behind. Bill S**** came out to my Church, what a great person to have be the first face for your business, he very personable, and knowledgeable about his business. Bill went about and beyond to help me make plans to replace the gutters for the Church, nice work done by all involved. I’d highly recommend The Gutter Magician, for any business that my be looking to relate or replace their gutter for the business or for your home.

We haven't purchased gutters from this company, but we DID have them come out to give us an estimate. First of all, they employ the new sales technique of, "if your spouse isn't home, we can't talk to you," which I personally do not care for. It's a high-pressured sales tactic which is rude and presumptuous. Second, after explaining that my schedule and the schedule of my wife's doesn't line up, they agreed to an appointment. I moved into my home at the beginning of the year and it already had The Gutter Magician product on it! I could tell because their logo was on the end cap. I found that the gutters were originally put up in 2010 and I love that the warranty was transferred to me, although I haven't had an issue to call in. I would definitely recommend the product to anyone who has any trees in or near their yard!
