The Gutter Magician installed new gutters and downspouts on our home in West Chester in December 2017. The salesman spent approximately 4 hours doing the estimate and discussing payment options. We decided on 18 months with no payment and no interest. The installation crew completed the job in one full day and cleaned up the area before they departed. Bill & Kim After much research, when it was time for us to purchase our gutters. We went with Gutter Magician. We liked the quality of the material we saw. We are very happy with our decision.
The Gutter Magician installed new gutters on our house last fall. The original gutters were sub-standard and would overflow during a heavy rain. Since having new gutters installed they have never overflowed nor have we had any icicles during the winter. Selecting the gutters and scheduling was easy, the installation took less than a day and they look great. We are very pleased with the quality of service and the quality of the gutters.
Had The Gutter Magician install gutters to our home in 2017. Overall a good experience. They did clean-up their materials, but we had to ask them to fill old screw holes on side of house. They only did the ones they could reach, did not get a ladder out to fill top holes. they also only secured the drain pipe connectors to one side of the house, we will have to do the rest.
The old gutter of a competitor had been mounted incorrectly causing water damage over the years. The Gutter magic crew removed the old gutter, repaired the damage and mounted a properly installed gutter. The gutter now drains correctly with no overflows. The work site was cleaned up and the old material was halled away. The crew was very professional.
They installed replacement gutters on out house in July 2017. After giving us an estimate they did the installation about a week later. The job was done on schedule, and everyone was very friendly and efficient. We are happy so far with the way the gutters work.
First of all, this has two parts. Please read both. I will make it concise. Negative: there is a very sexist attitude with some of the employees within this company. They do ask for both people to be present when making the sales pitch, which I have no problem with unless the homeowner state that both do not need to be there. I called, ****, the 'husband' first and spoke to him briefly. He was very nice and had told me to call ******** to schedule the job. I then proceeded to call ********. Doug and his team were extremely professional and able to answer all of our questions. I am writing this in regards to the Amazing job that THE GUTTER MAGICIAN has performed at my house. I have been looking 3-4 years for my gutters and downspouts to be replaced. Everyone that came to look at my house would never call back or did not have the equipment to do the job. The back of my house is 4 stories high.
