I've been a customer since the 1970's when I bought my first chevy pickup truck. I'm very satisfied with the sales department and maintenance performed on the vehicle.
I was very disappointed to read my sales contract again and find that I was charged an extra $359.00 plus tax for paying cash on my ‘22 Chev Equinox! More importantly was that I was never told that was the case…even when I questioned why my total amount due on a vehicle labeled $22,999 was almost $25,000!
ALWAYS check somewhere else on repairs, they told me I needed my transmission replaced for nearly $8,000 and I went somewhere else and they told me my transmission was fine. This place will scam you if you don’t know vehicles. They also tried wiggling out of my warranty when my turbo had issues when I was almost over my mileage, they wanted to wait until I was over the miles to fix it. I will never purchase another vehicle from here and I advise you jot to either.

I have been bringing my truck to Gustman's for a couple years now. The service department is fantastic. My recent interaction was very interesting mostly because of a secondary insurance I purchased. Gustman service person I was dealing with Jeff could not have handled it better. Due to the insurance company it got a little difficult but Jeff stayed in constant contact.
