Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
Started an initial car search at another dealership; felt like I got the run around and was also told the specific vehicle I wanted would take a few months before it was in stock. My spouse then located the vehicle we wanted on the same day at Gustman. Drove over after work and met with Trevor. Test drove it and picked it up the next day. Overall very good experience.
We brought our car in for an oil change and had Gustmans also check out a scratch in the paint. We were very pleased that our final bill was for the oil change only, and the scratch was filled in and painted. Nice work! Thank you!
When there was a problem with one of our Chevrolet Equinox’s tire monitor sensors, the Gustman service department quickly replaced it with an appointment the same day the problem was reported. The assistance and advice of service advisor, Bill Roedl was especially appreciated. February 2025 update: As usual, the regular servicing went well.
