I had a very bad experience. The first time I called to verify if they accepted my health insurance.The person that answered the phone Bri that's what she said her name was. She said yes they accepted it, but I needed a referral. So I went to my primary doctor and the receptionist sent the referral the same day. The next day I called the doctor's office to see if they had recieved the referral, Bri again tells me I had to wait 48 to 72 hrs, that they will call me. Dr. De Jesus saved my life! He done a carotid artery repair that other hospitals sent me home to die. He's the greatest and he's like family and his staff are wonderful people. Thanks for being there for me.
My husband had a bad experience,he went for varicose veins ablation, the doctor did his first incision and my husband was ok,then he tells my husband I damage the wrong vein,and when he went to do the other incision, my husband lost consciousness he was not responsive it was so serious that they almost call the ambulance, he woke up the procedure had to be cancel they send him home with the first incision bleeding,I had to call the office after we left to let them know what should I do with the bleeding.
