History Established in 1965. Gus balon and his wife broke ground on gusbalonsrestaurant in 1963. They worked hard and opened on November 15 1965. Guss daughters ran the business for many years. Now guss granddaughter Kelli runs it. Three generations!

chicken fried steak sucked!!! no breading and just a slab of meat covered in gravy. you suck cook!!!

This place is still great! I haven’t been here in years and decided to bring my kiddos in for pancakes and egg. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by every person working in the front. The kids wanted to sit at the counter so at the counter we sat and watching them throw down in the back while we waited for our food was a great experience. Fast friendly service! Food was amazing and the portions were large. Their fresh baked bread and cinnamon rolls were to die for. I will DEFINITELY be back!
This is our most fav Mom and Mop restaurant. Best home cooked food and the wait staff are outstanding! We have been coming here for 30 years!!
