History Established in 1965. Gus balon and his wife broke ground on gusbalonsrestaurant in 1963. They worked hard and opened on November 15 1965. Guss daughters ran the business for many years. Now guss granddaughter Kelli runs it. Three generations!

Gus Balon's has one of the best breakfasts in Tucson at a good price! The baked goods are to die for! Lunch is no slouch, either! My family has gone here for literally decades! Never disappoints
