Going to take car back in to have them look at it We had the 50,000 mile check done. Now we have oil leak. We were hoping we found a place we could trust but not so sure now.

Very polite and good and timely service.
Service seems to be a hit or miss. Last time, I had great customer service. This time far from it. My car was due to be serviced. I have the plantium service plan from Nissan. The 20 point inspection wasn't done this time, car was not washed or swept, and the fog light I asked for them to change was not done. But they did let me know, they accidentally did the oil change twice. JT informed me unless we specifically request a car wash they no longer do it but swept the car.
