they were thorough and discovered a recall item that needed to be fixed. The only problem I would say is that they should have called and asked if we had time for them to fix it because it changed. the repair time from 2 hours to 6 hours which we had not planned into our day

I did buy a car from Gunn Nissan with hesitation. My daughter went in to look at the car and no one would help her. They said they didn't couldn't help her didn't have time to help her. My son-in-law went in and they approached him and took care of him right away.
