Well to start off made promise of a chevy hat didn't get one said were all gone. So new car no hat and home.
Great Service at Randy Marion Chevrolet in Mooresville from the start to finish even with explanation of reason of my Engine light causes. It was great how Advisor Van explain everything along with asking me before every task with permission. They even contact my warranty department to see if anything covers service. Truck didn’t need any tune up or anything. I’m very please happy. Thank you soo much
Regularly take vehicles in when it’s time for their oil change, know what to expect and the coupons for service they send to use is a plus!

The Randy Marion Service Team are a amazing professional organization, providing quality customer service with effective communications. I feel like they roll out the red carpet treatment with reasonable service repair rates. I rarely use a dealership service department to repair any of my vehicles after the initial warranty period, but given Randy's competitive rates and quality service, his team has made me a customer for life.
They are friendly and helpful, wish they took a little more time to go over all the numbers. Ice bought a lot of vehicles over the years so no what to look for. Over all a good dealership experience.
