Karen is fantastic! I'd suggest you to go her, but selfishly I don't want her to be booked up, ha! In all seriousness, Karen is great, honest, and super helpful! I cannot remember the Quick Lube Manager's name, but he was equally as great. He fit me in for a last minute walk-in appointment and gave friendly and honest service.
Confusing. You make appt, they do not tell you if you have to go to main bldg or quick lube. Quick lube has not been my favorite experience. This last time they highly recommended the fuel service based on my mileage? How it was running? They also highly recommended full brake fluid exchange. Did they look at the brake fluid???? The answer is NO! I had both services less than 5800 miles ago at their dealership..... they dont keep records or we just padding bill...
