11/16/23 called and scheduled an appt. to get my repair I was told was not under warranty but I found my warranty and it was a covered repair. Took the car in and they apologized and then took the car. Dean called and said it would need to be kept over the weekend and that they would get a car rental also covered under warranty. The new Cadillac waiting room was not available. Hence, I had to use another waiting room.
Randy Marion Cadillac is the only place I have my vehicles serviced. That always do an excellent job.

Had a great experience. Danny, my service advisor did an incredible job to work with the techs to diagnose the issues and find a quick path to a fix. Thanks to Danny and the Tech to do such a great job
Bryson was ready for our appointment. Showed me what I was looking for. Was knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle. Overall good guy. Would totally recommend him!
So far, the car has been great. It is used so we shall see how will it last
