5 hours to get into a bed in ER for a rash on daughter leg...what happened to urgent care 90 min or less??

Took my girlfriend to olean general for high fevers ect they sent her home said it was viral.. ended having to take her to children’s hospital once at children’s the doctor came in and said did Olean treat you for a uti with antibiotics? Of course that was a no.. the doctor had looked up Olean’s and could see clear as day that she had a UTI there as well but sent her home with a diagnosis of virus!
When you call to talk with nurse It takes 2 to 3 hours for a call back.. Waiting in ER rooms for hours before dr comes in Not a great place to go if you are sick.. NEED to hire more staff to make this hell hole a better experience for patients
Waited 3 Hours with No One else coming in ahead of me. Waiting room full of people coughing (making everyone worse). Nurses in and out smoking, laughing having a grand time at 9pm on a Tuesday night. I asked the receptionist if she knew when we could be seen. Her reply "I don't know, when someone in back tells us". In a city people have to go miles but get great treatment. Here OGH is within 2 miles and Horrible!! You won't like my survey!!
It would be nice if the Phlebotomist who are supposed to drawn blood on Saturday mornings would actually show up on time. Waited almost and hour and I was the 1st person in line. The gentleman at the desk desk had to call around to get someone to come down and draw blood. What a bunch of crap.
Sat in the Er with my mother for 4hrs. before she was taken in .Woman at the desk was really nasty. Lady next to us was really sick with stomach pain left ... bad place!!!
I have been to this one before, and the help then wasn't very friendly. This was a few years ago. I just called them this morning to make an appointment, got their answering service, left a message that I have to get in to have a couple teeth pulled, and I haven't gotten any response from them yet! So upset with this place!!
