They could start by answering the phones and returning phone calls/voicemails.
Been a long time patient here. Me and my family. Not anymore. Super rude service last week. When I told them I can’t come before 3:00 because I work until 3:00, the girl on the phone said, “We can’t keep the place open just for you!” Yeah no kidding. What a way to talk to your patients. Oh well there’s plenty of other places to go when things open back up. Hire a more courteous staff to change things.
worst customer service . I understand with covid 19 but when a new patient asks for help.. saying to google it it's not your problem isn't something someone wants to hear.
My wife is still in pain they won’t do anything to help her out until the insurance company gets hold of them . And my self had a tooth repaired now I need a root canal on the same tooth

I have been to this one before, and the help then wasn't very friendly. This was a few years ago. I just called them this morning to make an appointment, got their answering service, left a message that I have to get in to have a couple teeth pulled, and I haven't gotten any response from them yet! So upset with this place!!
I have called over FIVE times now within the past month. Leaving a message EVERY time because I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone! I have been trying to call to schedule an appointment for myself and my daughter but no one seems to care to return any calls... why even offer a voicemail??? I'll find somewhere else.
