If it were possible to give this place zero stars on every website then I would. My grandma has been here multiple times and she has experienced nothing but neglect. She has been forced to lay in a urine soaked bed on multiple occasions because they refuse to come to her room when she calls as she is unable to get up on her own. Do they understand how humiliating that is for an individual? If I were bleeding out and Olean General Hospital were my only option, I would take the risk of dieing by driving to another hospital. 100% would not recommend olean general. They’ll make your sick 4 month old wait 2+ hours to be seen
RecommendedA Hospital Of Excellence. The Staff there are amazeing. the care received there is the best. and a very friendly atomosphere.
I was sent in with my 14months old at 1145 in the morning. We got to the room they hooked him up and I literally didn’t see anyone again til 330 when the RT came in. During the time we were by ourselves, the machine he was hooked to “flatlined” him atleast 7 times in an hour and NOT ONE person came in. (He didn’t flatline, the machine obviously doesn’t work properly) He should of had his chest X-ray done soon after we arrived and they did not take him until after 6pm. Recommendedthe staff..the people in reception awesome! lab staff awesome! the people that fo xray ultra sounds and scans awesome! the man in recption went got me a wheel chair realizing i had a hard time walking showed hubby how to use the brake he as well as others so nice...i was there for tests..cant speak on Emergency room..though...
