Dr Kabbani and the entire Neuro staff at Gundersen are the Best!! We are so lucky to have him providing excellent care and saving so much lives!

Gundersen's billing department is the worst I have ever encountered. They openly tell you it may be up to a month before they get back to you on their billing errors. That is once you get through the telephone maze to a live person.
I had a liver biopsy done. Everyone treated me so well. They were there where I needed them. They were all kind, helpful and answered my questions. This was only my second time in the hospital, and they made it as restful and relaxing an experience as it could be. I would like to point out, 7 years ago we had the opposite experience when my wife had hysterectomy surgery. But that was at the Onalaska location. This time out was on LaCrosse. So the difference could be where you're at and/or who you're dealing with.
