Best nurses around. Lizabeth was amazing for my pre- and post-operative care. I've had all my stuff done at Gundersen even though I live in Winona. My gynecologist is great too (and was also my surgeon). Extremely thorough and professional, but easy to talk to and engaged everybody in the scope pictures and explanations of what would be and what was done while I was in surgery. Fantastic staff!!
I started coming here when I had a biopsy done and found out that I had breast cancer. Literally everyone was amazing. The entire staff is helpful, respectful and knowledgeable in their jobs/departments. I've had ever aspect of my care taken care of here and no regrets. From scheduling to nurses to doctors to coordinators, you will find friendly faces and a helping hand.
They saved my life. Treated me & my family with love & respect. And continue to go there today. Awesome people!
I fell and broke my pinky finger. Needed to have surgery on it. Dr Saterbak and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They offered me a warm blanket while I was waiting for surgery. They treated me well.
My 31 week pregnant daughter brought to Gundersen for gallbladder problems. The entire hospital from ER to through the surgery were great! Very knowledgeable staff. The only complaint we have is that the people coming into the hospital need to remember that its a hospital. Visitors were very loud on the surgery floor.
