It's love or hate here. I have had no problems getting things fixed. My apartment is what I make it. I bet all the people complaining are the same ones that can't put their garbage in the compactor.
Seriously the worst place I've ever lived. They're great with maintenance at first, but after the first couple months they either completely ignore your requests or mark them as completed without as much as contacting you to tell you WHY they DIDN'T fix what's broken. Our bathroom sink has been cracked since September and our tub's surface has almost peeled completely off. I've put in 2 maintenance requests for both of these things, and they just get marked complete the next day. I've had to personally fix broken appliances ... read more
I hear a lot of bad reviews but I'm not sure why, I love Gulf Stream Isles! Great apartments, quiet community. Maintenance is always on top of everything. The only complaint I could think of is having old carpet in my unit, but other than that, I love my apartment. Club house and pools are great and it's so close to everything!
I love it! :) Great ladies in the front who helped out on lease day and great staff overall. I always see the staff out keeping the grounds clean and they are very polite! I love my apartment and am enjoying being here :) Thank you for the great place, I feel safe and at home!
We enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Plenty of laundry facilities, pools, and very dog friendly. Close to a gym, Tropical Smoothie and 7-11 with gas station, car wash and car cleaning port. 20-30 minutes to the Beaches and 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. Directly off the main strip, Highway 41.
