This is the second review I have left for this place. After receiving a reply from the owner over a non favorable review I appreciated his honesty and response. So when a family member asked to have this for their birthday I decided to let bygones be bygones. when I picked up my to go order there was a 10 percent gratuity added to the bill. I asked the bartender what this was for and she told me that it was store policy.
