If you ever, ever, ever want to get that New Orleans tasty dish, you need to go to Gulf Shore. The food is so delicious that I don't think you could go wrong with picking any dish on the menu. Try it once at least and become a fan of the place like me. Great staff and excellent chefs.
This restaurant is a step back to a time when service and quality of food matter. If you are not getting good service, maybe you need to check yourself. The staff and the food are outstanding. Gulf Shores truly let's the good times roll.

SERVICE WAS SLOW AS HECK, CRAB LEGS WERE COLD, EVEN SENT THEM BACK AND THEY CAME OUT STEAMING HOT IN THE LEGS BUT ICE COLD AT THE CLUSTER. OH AND ON A CRAB LEG SPECIAL NIGHT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH PLIERS TO CRACK THE CRAB OPEN. ONE WAITER EVEN BROUGHT OUT SOME CRACKERS AND ASKED IF THEY WERE OK!! IDIOTS; MARGARITAS WERE NOT THAT GOOD ALSO. WONT BE GOING BACK

I'm not sure of all these negative reviews. I feel more people simply complain that those willing to take the time out to compliment. I've never had a problem and the food has been good. We will be back. As far as those complaining about wait times, you have obviously never worked in a restaurant. a wait time is difficult to predict.
I loved the food And I had a great time there.Been there a lot of times.The owner was very nice and courteous. I definitely recommend this Restaurant to anyone.And going back again. People are so critical. Can't be pleased.
